We are
School.

We are bilingual.

At A.Mar School, bilingualism isn't a product or a market differentiator. It's part of a pedagogical choice: to respect childhood, expand children's cultural repertoire, and offer a new language as a bridge to the world.
English arrives with lightness, affection, and listening. Not as an isolated lesson, but as a daily experience. As another form of expression. As another opportunity to learn, play, feel, and connect.

Second language in early childhood

Bilingualism in the early years of life offers benefits widely recognized by studies in the fields of cognition, linguistics, and neuroscience. Children exposed to more than one language from an early age develop greater mental agility, memory, and cognitive flexibility. They create neural connections that strengthen attention, adaptation, and logical reasoning.
But the benefits extend beyond the mind. Experiencing different forms of language broadens cultural awareness, fosters empathy, and teaches, from an early age, that the world is made up of multiple voices. That there are other ways to name what we feel, describe what we see, and understand others.
Children's brains are especially receptive to new languages in the early years of life. The earlier the exposure, the more natural the learning process becomes. Therefore, we opted for a light and continuous immersion model, in which English appears every day, integrated into routines, play, projects, and everyday life.
In making this choice, we remain true to what we believe in: a vibrant school, connected to the world, but rooted in listening, childhood, and affection.

Why English

Because we already speak a little of that language, even without realizing it.
The choice of English as a second language comes from a variety of reasons. It's a globally circulated language, spoken on five continents and present in cultural, scientific, technological, and artistic productions that are part of our daily lives. But more than that: English is already, in some way, present in children's lives. It appears in the songs they listen to, the films and cartoons they watch, the games they play, and the names of apps and brands that are part of their daily lives.
This initial familiarity creates an emotional connection with the language, making learning more natural and meaningful. What we propose is to deepen this relationship, transforming sporadic contact into an experience of language, listening, expression, and creation.
